It's Trevor Noah : Born a Crime

I thought this book was incredible! This book is about Trevor Noah navigating growing up in South Africa during the apartheid as a mixed race boy where he never quite found the right place to “fit in”. The story follows his journey of how he was hidden behind closed doors growing up in order keep him safe from the illegal “crime” his parents committed. It perfectly balances humorous and powerful moments throughout his life. If you are looking for an eye-opening look at what one person can endure and overcome, this is the book for you.
