I realize the #Harry_Potter has been out for more than a decade, perhaps 2 decades at this point. I tried to read them to my kids when they were little, but unfortunately they were not very interested. Now I have read them by myself.
What an imagination #Rowling has. I am going to find more of her books to read. I also have learned recently that she has been writing under a few different pen names.
Sebbene sia dichiaratamente un libro per bambini, il registro di scrittura risulta inizialmente altalenante (a metà tra un romanzo per adolescenti e un libro per bambini, cambiando registro repentinamente) per poi stabilirsi su un registro da romanzo adolescenziale, quasi troppo complicato per un pubblico di 10/11 anni.
A great start to what became a great experience reading the series with my wife and oldest daughter over the next three years.
Solid and fun book. Rowling hadn’t fully developed her gift here but damn if it isn’t a fun start.
