Filed under books I didn't know existed but found while browsing at my local #Library:

Its short, its all color watercolor sketches with some text over most panels, at most 4-5 panels per page. and it came out in 1983, pre-dating #StudioGhibli films. You see all these crazy ideas that show up in Ghibli's work over the decades, in proto-form. The writing is so tight; every panel is packed with just enough image and text. Wasn't published with translation into English until recently. #EisnerAward. Excellent.
