I like crime, thrillers and suspense. Not a fan of fantasy. I used to read avidly, like to the point of getting in trouble as a kid, but social media has damaged my attention span. I am working very hard to get back to my roots and avoid squirrels. I prefer ebooks through Libby.

Liane Moriarty: Here One Moment

Happy I finished but want others input

This book has made me think a lot about my own mortality and what is important. I have reached out to someone I have not seen in 40 years. I have apologized to my daughter for something I did when she was younger. I have also finalized a decision about a trip I want to take next year. But I also had a hard time with this book. I am not always good at keeping track of multiple characters but that could be my age. I have chosen not to rate this book because I would like to have more input to know if the challenges were specific to me or were felt more widely. I am pleased I finished this book.

I don't know. The author is a good story teller and very creative. I liked their other work better. But I am particular. I did get it as an audiobook and I did feel compelled to find out what happened next. So from the point of view of grabbing my attention I would say it was good.
