I wonder if I have an odd disinclination to feel superiority the way others do.
Osnos describes "the feeling of superiority" as a warm glow spreading out from his chest. Weird. I wouldn't have felt that in that situation. I can't think of a situation I would have felt that in.
Comfort feels like that. I get that from love. From security. Superiority implies threat from below. Not a good feeling to me.
